Training Day 15 - Chapel Porth - Portreath return - 10 miles - 4 hrs
Well had endured a few hours on Lemon Quay earlier collecting with my lovely ladies including Tracey from National Autistic Society, Bec, Marie Kendall and her mother, Jackie Godwin and her man, Becs, Di and Tracy Goss. The squalls came in and lifted our balloons and table away but the highlight has to be Marie's dispute with the Big Issue seller outside M&S - classic! Still made £172 despite weather :-)
Then I thought I'd squeeze in a stroll on the north coast....well the weather got worst and didn't see anyone but got a good walk in. Bleak but awesome coastline. Quatermass anyone?
Thought for the day: Make each day count by forgetting the past and not expecting the future.
